Managing Anger & Conflict

"... looking into the inky water, she [Medusa] saw the ugly reflection of her pain. She seemed at times to frighten even herself."

Overcoming rage is the toughest goal to achieve. You can read all the books and analyse all the theories in the world, nothing is rarely remembered when anger strikes. All of a sudden, the overwhelming mind rages like an uncontrollable wild bull.

We all know what anger is, and we've all felt it - whether as a fleeting annoyance & mild irritation or as fully fledged fury & rage.
As emotions go, it’s rarely subtle & is often quite clear cut & hard to mistake. Yet there is no emotion that is more misunderstood.
Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. Everyone feels their anger is justified when they're actually angry. Equally, we've all looked back and realised we may have overreacted.
But for some people, anger can become a problem that needs to be addressed. When it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems: problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life.
